Common questions
Who pays for Pro?
The subscription belongs to your organization, not to a single user. Everyone in the organization gets Pro, up to 5 users.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. The price includes VAT.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. You can't add more than the free plan allows, and older history and chat messages are hidden until you upgrade again.
How do the questions to BIMO work?
BIMO is the assistant built into Bismio. The questions are shared by everyone in the organization and start over at the beginning of each month.
